A member of the QG may be a person over 18 years of age who is permanent resident in the Czech Republic, as well as a person over the age of 18 who does not have permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic, but demonstrates an interest in becoming a member and agrees that all QG legal proceedings and possible disputes will be resolved in the Czech Republic and will follow the Czech legal order.

Membership in the association is based on the approval of a written application by the QG Main Committee (or, where appropriate, by acceptance of an application by the Chairperson), which decides on the admission at its next meeting.
The Main Committee may also grant so-called honorary membership, on the basis of the written consent of the honorable member, or, with the consent of a close person to the person in memoriam, if necessary. Honorary members are exempt from membership fees.

Membership lasts for one year from the date of payment of the annual membership fee. Membership can be extended by paying an additional annual membership fee, even repeatedly. The duration of honorary membership is indefinite. The amount of membership fees is determined by the Main Committee.
